Dear Steve
and Lin,
We're writing to express our appreciation for the terrific job you
did for our wedding last week. A number of people said that it was
the best wedding they had been to, and of course, Ada and I couldn't
agree more. We want to say thanks first of all for the way you two
listened to us. We were only able to express an abstract idea of
what we wanted, but you were able to translate that idea into a
wonderful event. For example, even though we gave only a vague description
of an informal, wildflower look for the flowers, Lin was able to
do an amazing job of choosing just the right flowers for the tables,
and the lodge, designing the beautiful wedding arch, decorating
the musician's gazebo, and creating the bouquets, corsages, and
headpiece--all within a very reasonable budget......
There were so many things that the two of you took care of that
made the wedding really easy for us, such as providing the tent,
taking care of all the set-up.....
You were very patient with us when we changed our minds or couldn't
decide what we wanted. We appreciate too that you were mindful of
the costs
and helped us keep those down where possible. Thanks for helping
to make the wedding so enjoyable, you were both a pleasure to work
with and made planning a wedding easy! We will enthusiastically
recommend Alfresco in the future.

Everything was wonderful - the food, the flowers, the staff. It

Dear Lin and Steve,
My appologies for such a belated thank-you. Aaron and I (and everyone
else, including Aaron's mom) were so impressed with your company.
I've already passed your name on to several friends planning weddings.
The menu you created for us was superb. There were three trained
chef's among our guests who kept raving about the rosemary cream
sauce.
Your staff was excellent as well-polite, attentive, and hard working....
And Thank-you, Thank-you, for setting up the tent early, despite
the rain. My mother-in-law kept peppering Steve with random questions
as he was working hard to put up the tent, and he handled her very
courteously and with good humor (I, on the other hand couldn't contain
myself as well... :)
Aaron and I had a fabulous time! I still wish there was leftover
food in the
fridge! Delicious! It was a pleasure working with you, and I wish
you and your family all the best.

Wow, what a great party you threw for our rehearsal dinner! First
you made
the barn into a ballroom and then fed us all with terrific food-I
should
have had the attire be "semiformal" given the high caliber
treatment!
